Returns Policy

Thank you for your interest in our products. We understand that sometimes it may be necessary for you to return an item, and we want to make that process as easy as possible. Therefore, we have established the following product returns policy:

  1. Eligibility:

    • All products are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, except for final sale items, which cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unopened (due to hygiene and safety reasons), and with all original tags and packaging.
    • We do not offer returns on gift cards and electrical products
    • Refer to your salon agreement form for all in salon services

  2. Return Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase via email or phone, and provide the order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how to return the product.
    • Please ensure that the product is securely packaged and ship it to us using the provided shipping label.
    • Once we receive the product and confirm that it is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

  3. Refunds and Exchanges:

    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and will include the cost of the product and any applicable taxes, but not the original shipping cost.
    • Exchanges can be made for the same product in a different size or colour, subject to availability.
    • If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost and offer a full refund or exchange.

  4. Exceptions:

    • Customised products are not eligible for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or error.
    • Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange.
